Had an electrical inspection visit yesterday
(for a home maintenance plan / $55 a month.)
Found 1/2 the outlets are not grounded.
And there are two mismatch breakers in the big box.
And a couple lighting fixtures are off somehow.

I did bring in a CO dedector
and a smoke alarm just ahead of time.

All in all minor stuff.
We bot 10 years ago.
House was built in 1910.

We have had that plan for a few years now.
It will pay for itself though it hasn't quite yet.
