I'm going to go out on a limb here and make a prediction. Purely speculation on my part but this is my prediction. The next addition to the federal court database regarding our pending legal challenge will be a letter from Health Canada stating that the parties have agreed to extend Health Canadas time to respond to the request for Health Canadas entire file as the parties are working towards an agreed upon resolution. Who's with me???
