Perhaps it was the alcohol, but I remembered the episode when Donald Baillargeon was speaking to Margrit and said something like "Those who criticize public companies on message boards are 'Naked Short Sellers'." And I thought of all the TONS of people who post on YELP doing precisely that. Naked short sellers? Yeah, right. I think it's more of a REVENGE thing.
