Is the scratcher still a viable product? I believe a poster that I follow pointed out that it's someone else's proprietary work (different theirs smaller arrangement different ) last Fall or late Summer since then then the other poster stopped promo posts .

This poster also posted at BAYP (bay of pigs is how I remembered it ) that has a joint venture on water treatment that imply working with big oil (he thought sounded like a con). Either way the ship has sails up... and Treaty is tied to the dock at least as far as we know .
