Warp: The current trend is to do larger reverse splits and get a higher up list price. My understanding is that institutions like the stock to be higher than lower. I don't believe we'd up list only to $2.00. No investment bankers would advise Gerald to do that.

It would be interesting to check and see what price new up listings to NASDAQ have been the last couple of years. I would be very surprised if many were close to $2.00.
