Regardless, if a patent were awarded then it wouldn't be GRCU's patent. Any value would never hit the GRCU books. The patent would be owned by Dr. Jones and it would add zero value to GRCU's bottom line unless assigned over to GRCU by Dr. Jones. I doubt he would do that with an up and coming company. Any intellectual property involved with that patent application is in Dr. Jones's notes and reports and in his Aquaponics facilities and processes. That is all that matters! Anything else is hog wash and/or "water over the dam" but the Ihub board wants to make a big deal of it. They are all missing the point!
