Honest answer though with limited knowledge of the protocols which have to happen these days....Normally, consumable goods must pass first Federal standards test, and also State standardization test.
Then there is the licensing, contracts, production, labeling, distribution's and several other protocols, which will have to happen before a single bottle gets shipped.
That said , it is hard to know how much is already done, or what is left to do. We do know that James is not a spring chicken with this and I would expect he wants to make some money too.
My rough guess would be 6 months from him taking over. JMO GLTA
