I've been a TECO shareholder for 5 years this coming June. TECO's Facebook, phone calls, emails, website posts, rumors from other shareholders have been absolutely meaningless for years now! Rumors i.e. TECO DD entrusted to me have made me look like a complete idiot at times. Their message history has consisted of little if not zero facts in the end. Promise after promise after promise and then nothing but false starts with this excuse and that excuse!
If anyone involved with this 8K knew what they were doing from the onset, then nobody would publically know about a pending 8K. It's simple:
1) You have competent professionals dotting "I's" and "crossing "T's"
WHILE REMAINING PUBLICALLY SILENT.
2) You make sure there are zero excuses for delays WHILE REMAINING PUBLICALLY SILENT.
3) You check and double check PR's and 8K's and other publically released filings and data WHILE REMAINING PUBLICALLY SILENT.
4) You remain PUBLICALLY SILENT until the filings are 110% ready to go and especially while TECO has done nothing and I mean "NOTHING" but destroy their credibility time and time again!
5) Show me the money or in the meantime SHUT THE FOCK UP! The TA won't let me sell my shares anyways. I bought those shares based on numerous public messages that never materialized and here we are with more of them. I don't need anymore false confidence or false hope. Your done as far as I'm concerned UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE. and the false hope, over-exuberance, and false starts has been ongoing for years!
