This $800,000 casino scam is actually only for $50,000 (for the casino license, the suit was for $400,000) and it was the case already brought up by MVP (aka Ben Bernanke) between schneider and elkind/lagone.  Check post #96711.  They (I should say he) aren't even bringing up new info, just spinning the same old crap.
