I completely agree. I know pods are not a requirement. If the room is modified for the pods, HC stated they would need to reassess. That is the only reason I clarified my statement originally. I am under the assumption we are still using pods, and as such, going by what is in the report. If we don't even use pods, or we don't modify the room or WHATEVER, then awesome.

But yes, I am on the same page as you guys! The facility being built to the specs of the RTB is all required to be licensed (as told by HC!).
