Raising expectations like you did regarding our LymPro partner? Lots of speculation involving large up-front cash payments, etc... and it turned out that ICON was selected as our partner, with no up-front cash, but where the company retains the major portion of the revenue stream LymPro will generate.

Is that the kind of "raising expectations without legitimate reason" you refer to? Seems that positive outlook was completely wrong as well.
