Just stating the company goal that was put out. Who really cares if it happens in Q2 or Q3, as long as it happens and brings some long overdue value to shareholders. A cash dividend payment has been discussed in the past, so I know that's an option. I'm hoping it will satisfy some of the short-term minded investors here who purchased at higher prices and are too scared to average down and buy at these prices.

Personally, with a long-term outlook, I love to see shares on sale as I have always continued to load up. But at present my priorities with extra cash are focusing on the tax situation created by my Roth conversion. Otherwise I'd be buying all I could at these prices.
