"ONE MORE TIME"
What's really "one more time" is that concept coming back around in a slightly different format. In 2009/2010, Mr. Bordynuik was telling investors PTOI would get paid to take all off these "waste" HDPE, LDPE and PP plastics which he said were ubiquitous.
Yes, now the story has 'improved' because there's a savings in transportation of the plastic by locating a processor at a customer site and maybe that transportation cost is what makes it cost prohibitive for PTOI to run a processor--even though PTOI already has processors built and a customer would have to pay millions of dollars to get one.
Next year the story can 'improve' again by shifting processing back to PTOI's facilities since that way plastic can be aggregated to keep the processors running full time and has the added benefit that the processors at PTOI are already built.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
