I posted this on ihub and I'll post it here because I think it is the truth , anybody shoot me down if you disagree:
Hey I'm all for what's right! If the fab five owes retribution fine.
But I've always contended there are at least two sets of groups that have control over the money,
Certainly the insiders have had control of the over 22 mm paid in capital and what became of it, malbecman is alluding to that aspect and I agree with him.
The other side of coin is market participants that have the means and power to manipulate the stock price by known shorting methods, with the ultimate goal of total destruction of the company.
Because the market regulators inherently protect their own , very little has been exposed about these tactics. There is a slow movement happening to make changes in process, with several potential landmark cases inching forward .
Can't happen fast enough IMO
