I am of the opinion, that the mechanically tested stuff must be perfect or 100 %. So if 5 slides are to be deployed all of those slides chosen, must be right on mechanically, in every respect. Including the time limit for deployment and inflation.
The human element, Baltia stewards and perhaps cabin crews are more judged by FAA personal. With exception of time. Stewards must complete the Minnie-Ewok under the time limit.
