Here is the update

August 31st, 2014 is the annual almost done.

Then November 30, 2014 1st QTR started

Then February 28, 2015 2nd QTR next, will show new equipment in it, Rock Plant and also Wash Plant, and all Ghana Equipment, Gold revenue also.

Then we will upload by tomorrow all 3 with footnotes and signatures.

Then he will do a Audit for 2013 and 2014 and Financial Statement Audit, then we contacted the attorney today and we will file a FORM 10 with both audits and will be fully reporting end of April 2015 worst case May 2015.

So working away will announce news when all 3 post and we are current again and our plans.
