Agreed spiceman, there is a lot of moving parts and verification in all the deals and if one thing does not add up, the deal stalls or falls through. I agree with you, the potential here is phenomenal! Look for example at the 1,000,000 barrels that they had a seller in place--$111 sale price and at most paying $76 to buy it, huge revenue opportunities! The moving parts are why we see the safe harbor clauses at the bottom, because, they are not sugar coating it. They are telling us exactly what can happen and these deals are not fail proof or guaranteed to go through.
