It seems obvious to me that the company is in a quiet period. Per the last presentation, Dx Spin Out is anticipated second quarter. It takes time to set up a stand alone company, and prepare for SEC IPO.
It will be interesting to see the valuation of the Dx Company and the IPO strike price. My guess we will see a R/S for Dx and a strike price of $10.00 plus. Very exciting IMO!
