Yes, that's what I said in my post.
But as expected, no one addresses the point: that in my opinion, development stage companies that have become successful, had a clearly identifiable trend of increasing revenues until they become profitable.
I can not think of an example of a company with declining (or non-existant) revenues, and a history of problems, representations which were either demonstrably false, or failed to materialize, and sanctions from the applicable enforcement agencies - that in the course of a year or two, reverse all of these negative trends and became profitable, or suddenly produce substantial revenues.
