This security (MNGG) should be reported to SEC immediately for fraudulent activity. As part of their Operation Shell-Expel I am going to recommend that these two securities be suspended indefinitely.

Mr. Natario’s actions have infuriated investors for far too long. The decision to scramble and throw together some type of conference call only exasperates this situation. If the SEC solicitation to shut down this stock doesn’t abide, then legal action must be taken to eliminate this individual and his colleagues from these future promotions. I also look to find the discontinuance of his conspiring commentators on such message boards as this one. Based on what tickers the SEC has already suspended, many were used as opportunities for stock shorting. This is likely the case with MNGG (Jul 2014) while working in unison with a pump and dump scam campaign. I will be sending corresponds via USPS to the US SEC Washington DC, per my contact.
