$GRDO filed restated 9/30/11 financials yesterday (which now show a little revenue, whereas before it was 0) and will have 12/31/11 posted within a week.  Also, Peter Kirsch confirmed what many thought, and that is that he was doing nothing for the company, and resigned as CEO.  John Bonnacorso resumes the title of CEO.  Worth watching!
