My understanding is that they were asking to do away with those obligations, based on the wording. In my opinion, considering the court dates it PRIOR to the removal of default judgement motion, it is likely no longer relevant to our case and just another back date update. It would have made sense if we didn't withdraw the motion however.

Then again, I could totally be wrong.
