Quarter after quarter after quarter after quarter--investors have had a carrot every single quarter. It's always "soon." That chart isn't even all the quarters--there's a year before that and two quarters since. Take a journey quarter by quarter and see if you can remember every single carrot that was held up in front of you. As one carrot goes away, a new carrot is placed. Even now you're waiting for Econav to do a pilot program so they can then find a customer who then will consummate a sale. I look in my crystal ball and I see...a brand new carrot coming up!!
This is why I've been trying to convince investors since 2010 to draw a line in the sand. I've only had one taker in 2011...and after a year went by, he happily went off to chase those carrots around the calendar again.
Draw a line in the sand. Maybe Jan 1, 2016 which is ten months away. If Econav didn't result in any actually completed sales by that time and when you find yourself looking at a brand new carrot happening "soon" yet again, stop and think.
