I don't think punctuation is a big deal and feel I have the right to structure my sentences however I please but I do get your point that when a person just keeps writing without a pause or break then it is difficult to follow and it is sort of like someone writing using ALL CAPS. Some people like to use the comma way too much, and they do often, but does that make it difficult to follow?, I think not because, if I could just say, it is their prerogative.

We don't need rules for writing. We don't need grammar to be taught in school. We just need the internet with everyone doing whatever they want. The internet will build a better society where everyone is free to be.

Let's just let India learn how to write properly since they are currently providing millions of legal documents. While western lawyers sleep through the night educated Indians are filling their inbox with documents at a fraction of the cost and they still get to charge their clients full pop.

If you only speak one language at least you should speak and write it
properly.
