Could be a number of reasons, maybe BCAP was the only one becoming a member this month, this is when they applied and they said it is in process back in March. Actually im glad to see a rapid acceptance. Says a lot about BCAP!

We received their application on 2/9 and a copy of their TA-1 on 2/15 and it is in process.
