I'm with SIO on this one. Large caps on the internet indicates you are shouting. Now there is a time to shout but it's not all the time.
When corresponding in business you use italic print to make a point. Testing shows that people see italic print as something to pay attention to and therefore a good use of the font to make a point.
You're large cap style is annoying to me and I've chosen not say anything because it's not a content issue. However, since you are now defending it I suggest you provide a better reason other than 'I feel like it' now that you know it's used to SHOUT YOUR POINT OF VIEW!!!!!!!!
PS. If you start using only italic font when you post I'll think you're really funny with a good sense of humor.
