No announcements, just speculation. Baltia will not PR until there is something to PR about. Once the Mini-Evac is passed, I'm sure they will tell us right away. In the meantime, this week is EXPECTED to be a Mini-Evac test, but nothing is ever guaranteed. Monday is not really a possibility. Tuesday through Thursday, anything can happen. Best bet for and update is to keep refreshing BTL103 (starting Wednesday) on Flightaware.com, as they will likely file flight plans for proving flights as soon as the Mini-Evac and ditching exercise are complete.
