HHSE Form 10 Filing
FORM 10 Registration Document - Due to size and formatting limitations on this Blog Site, Corporate Exhibits (Articles, By-laws and Additional History, Title Listings Tables and Graphics) are excluded; due to this Blog site's inability to accept Financial Charts in any format other than JPEG, these items have been reformatted as well. The full Form 10 Registration Statement has been submitted to MacReport Media with the instructions to file with the S.E.C. Edgar dept. ASAP. Due to the successful "test" filing in Late February, no further delays are anticipated. Page numbers are no longer applicable for this informational filing, although do appear properly on the registration document. The Reformatted Financials appear at the bottom of the document, again, due to limitations of this blog site.
