The great news is that all of these bell tapping scare bears are either already buying slowly, or are about to become buyers upon the announcement. Otherwise they wouldn't be here.

The only other reason for them to be here is to short...and it's a bit too late for that. They may be covering, but to establish a new short position now is suicide.
