Of course Tom Bain and his cronies aren't convinced. That way they can run a muck and later state "oh, we didn't know" just my insight on the article.
Lakeshore Mayor Tom Bain said the town has occasionally considered hiring a full-time lawyer.
“We aren’t to the point where we want to hire a lawyer to the staff,” he said. “We’ve looked at it and haven’t been convinced.”
