You are discussing a Governmental agency. There is so much dirt they will need a DITCH WITCH to dig themselves out. These morons do not have the intelligence to cover their tracks. Once a serious investigation is initiated by the R.C.M.P. the low life rats will come forward in an attempt to strike a deal so they will not be fired and incarcerated. The result of a successful investigation will reveal high ranking officials who are presently quaking in their boots. The former high ranking officials may be surprised to learn that within two weeks of their incarceration they will become the bitch of a giant sized lifer who they will need for protection. That situation is generally overlooked by the prison guards in order to keep the peace. Prisons, after all are run by the inmates.
