cannoli: I suspect if Gerald were to be given a REPORT CARD on his performance the past 2 years, he would be given A's in some areas, but much lower grades in others.

I would say Gerald's performance has been "uneven." I really like the way he's pulled off some things, but not so happy with the way he's handled others.

He's probably not the best CEO ever, but certainly not the worst.
