You are absolutely correct by posting there is no zoning problem, It was contrived by a moron who is posing as a mayor. The land has always been zoned agricultural and no one seemed bothered that a ridiculous attempt was made to rezone said property after a money deal was struck. No Federal Judge is going to buy into that and that is why they will settle this case out-of-court, with F.I.T.X. being the winner. Than the R.C.M.P. can go to work rooting out the crooks.
