The weather forecast is for above freezing in Niagara Falls next week so I am thinking the pilot could be scheduled to take place anytime over the next 56 days or so. My best case scenario would be to have it done by the time the 8-K is filed.
In any event I think they are just going through the motions with the pilot anyway and ECO (fronting for another entity) is already committed to proceed with the initial purchases of processors.
