My bet is ASCM covered during the 32mm volume day with the knowledge a PR was coming. In addition a cover should look like a buy but IMO that's where some of the manipulation takes place. If ASCM covered then we should have seen some green over the days they were covering. They were hoping for low 3's or possible 2's but they covered before the PR brought in confidence and some buyers albeit still low volume. Some say the MM's don't play the fundamentals but only charts. My bet is they have crews who do much DD and know when news is coming. If I were an MM in the business of making money in the OTC then I would cover all angles including charts, DD, spying, payoffs, etc, etc. It's like the legal mafia!
