I figured out what oh my" means. If you see the 2 words oh my followed by an open or single quotation mark, it means, everything that follows is a complete lie.

for example

Oh my" The devastating accident with Delta chutes failing to deploy, now any hope of Baltia getting certified this year has went out the window
GLTA!!

We the reader now recognize the words oh my" followed by made up nonsense. By using an open ended quotation but not closing a quote, it sets up deception. The reader is looking to see a quote from someone, but instead finds a lie. Lucky for the reader the words oh my always precede the ".
