Treaty seems to be learning albeit via baby steps and no longer make statements with a date certain and now indicates that the published report would be next week. I suppose it would suffice for many of their ardent shareholders if they were to say in the month of March, April, May, June, July or so. These shareholders have been asking for such wiggle room and could not understand why Treaty management could not comprehend such simple concept. I guess better late than never.
