Way to leave out important information such as the backdated notice of appearance by the respondent.
Here's some truth to add.
After CEN filed their motion for default judgement on March 3rd, the court somehow went back in time 1 week and filed the notice of appearance for HC. This isn't suspect at all (sarcasm). After this appeared TODAY, not Feb 26, CEN then filed the withdrawal of their motion. The order of events can't even be argued showing that the filing that supposedly happened a week ago has documents # 3 and 4, being subsequent to CEN's document #2 filed on March 3rd. Shady happenings are taking place and none of them are from CEN.
