I'm completely confused as to your interpretation of that PR. Bodies going to be a bag holder? According to my calculations they received about 160 million shares, basically free. If they sold those shares all at once the pps would possibly hit .0002. They would be stupid to do that as they already got their principal back on the loan, and profit.

When the realization of the SA agreement hits the street, MRIB's pps is going back up. Bodie knows it and that's why they haven't dumped the shares. In fact, the TF's who had been dumping conversion shares have stopped as they know its better to hold at this point then sell the shares.

Margrit cried golden wolf and everyone jumped in the stock.... False alarm as sometimes things take longer to develop than expected. PPS went back down and now everyone pissed at her and calling her a liar. So on January 30th she cries golden wolf again and nobody believes her... IMO this time its real and Bodie and the Sleaze bag TF's know it!

No reverse split necessary. 1.2 billion outstanding is peanuts!
