Of course they couldn't pressure HC to respond 6 days ago, where that came from is a question for the courthouse. Just saying that in general FITX is making HC play the game which they weren't doing or so it appears for the last several months. Now that they're playing on a neutral field ( Federal court ) HC may have to come around and either produce a license, what it will take from this point forward for FITX to attain a license or have all their files, documents, emails gone through by the federal court to see why they stopped corresponding/working with FITX.
