I literally found Baltia the same way I do with everything else. I looked for a stock that was way down on the day then did some research as to why in hopes I can catch it on the bounce back (I just did that with RGBP regen biopharma btw, bought in at .086 worth over .30 right now). Started researching and finally bought in adding up to over a million shares back when we were right around .01 or .009. I've since sold (profit taking when we were around .03) down to 100,000 of essentially free shares for all intents and purposes. If I had something more to go on that they would make it in the end, I would probably still be buying in but my confidence isn't the highest right meow. Still hopeful though.
