I think the PPS movement up/down is expected 'till something concrete is released by the company on HC.
It's easy to forget that this after all is the OTC and unless you play the game everyday it's hard to figure out what's happening. It's kinda like getting invited to come out and play hockey with a group of guys who've been playing together for 10 years and they didn't tell you half of them used to play in the pros.
I suspect that most of the longs here are not OTC players; could be wrong but that's my guess.
