Is there any way to tell the difference between manipulation or dilution? I'm not as concerned about dilution as some here, it is a means to an end. However, it does seem that there will need to be a substantial number of shares sold to finance some of the companies activities. Aren't these shares sold during daily trading? Or how else does dilution work? Please forgive my ignorance on the topic.
