I dont remember when their fiscal year ends -is it Dec 31?
Pink current co's are required to report within 45 days for a 10Q and 90 days for a 10K fiscal year end- GAAP- so Mar 31 for a 10K- of course NNLX doesn't issue 10Q's or 10K's- and pink co's -with their small accounting staffs -are often hard pressed to get 10Q's etc in in time
and its rare for a no info co to report financials at all- so no real template guidance in this situation
Maybe they will still speed up ebola applications -after all, we sent 3000 troops over there to build ebola medical stations- and last I heard some troops were still in Italy going thru a type of quarantine before returning to the USA -maybe some are still in Africa also- I dont know.
