Both sides, (lawyers) are milking this to the nth degree. The Wife is spending thousands, trying to get what is not there. Her attorney is misleading her, and she's to stupid to see what's happening.

Hubby has made her an all cash offer worth $50K more than he needs to, after all the asset math is calc out. He's trying to explain that the deal is better than fair, but this greedy asshole lawyer is spoiling the deal.

I told him to pull the offer away from the table, see you in court and we'll let a judge decide what you should get.

He did just that, she got cold feet, backed off, the deal is being finalized this month, he keeps the house...lol.
