I always wonder about that too. The best I can figure, is some just like to play the small safer bets. "Slow and Steady wins the race." The other possibility, is that some people who were able to get PP shares, by stretching themselves too thin, really need some of the money back. They still make a profit, and must have more important places to put it. Like maybe alimony payments..LOL
