$SMVR rebounding . Fell to far to fast. Huge deals are developing behind the scenes. Im relatively new here so I can be patient. Reward is much greater than the risk here imo. The story is unfolding. Maybe some bills needed to be paid, hence the dilution. I'm sure it's not a detriment to the longs. Just adding value while giving shareholders an opportunity to grab cheap shares. Again SMVR moves on air. Mm's needed to correct the market move. Epic move coming
