MRIBrocks, I do not agree that an RSS has anything to do this reinstating that note in its entirety. Purely speculation by those that want to see it as they will short the daylights out of it after an initial run.. Bodie can cash out with a monster profit on the upside as well. A RSS at this pps would devastate shareholders that are far under water. Is she that disengaged with long term shareholders? She just doesn't seem the type when considering the dividend she gave them in appreciation of their loyalty.
