Essentially, Garry McHenry has allowed the person(s) managing his website to lift wording from other websites to provide content for his company's website. If he has not allowed this he has remained silent in the face of it occurring. His newest website has been up since September 2015 so he's had ample to correct this if it is an error.
If these other websites have allowed Garry to extract their wording for his website with permission then who can know what that might mean. But these companies are all well heeled and it seems that if they would allow a company to do such a thing, it would be a company who had enough of its own resources to produce it's own original content in my opinion.
This is yet another thing that I don't expect to be addressed by McHenry directly.
You may get a more informative answer if you PM some of the other posters here on this board.
