Yes but the patent does not extend to anything that affects natural manf in the body. Composition of matter patents do not refer to natural things. We manufacture recombinant manf which has an unnatural process to it and patented a means of using manf as a specific biomarker for beta business. We would have to get specific patents for methods otherwise. As I've said, clearly we've got some good extensive patents but we do not own anything and everything that relates to manf directly and indirectly
